Special rates have been negotiated for congress delegates at a range of hotels near the International Convention Centre, Sydney. These rates are only available to congress delegates and bookings MUST be made via the online registration form when registration opens in March 2019.
Prices listed are in Australian dollars and are per night. Prices are room only rates unless otherwise specified.

Accommodation Cancellation and Amendments
Fraser Suites
A service fee of 1.5% will be charged for all card payments. Cancellations made within 7 days will incur cancellation fees for all nights cancelled.
Holiday Inn
A service fee of 3% will be charged for all American Express, Diners and JCB card payments, and a 1.5% for all other cards. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of one (1) night’s room charge only.
Hyatt Regency
A card payment surcharge may apply at time of transaction. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of one (1) night’s room charge only. Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will incur cancellation fees for all nights cancelled.
Oaks Goldsbrough

Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will incur a 75% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival and no shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
