The ASA NSC 2019 shall be conducted in accordance with the relevant competition and anti-trust laws.
Attendees shall not enter into any discussion, activity or conduct that may infringe any applicable law.
Attendees are reminded not to, directly or indirectly, engage in anti-competitive conduct, including: price fixing; restrictive covenants; misuse of market power such as predatory pricing; exclusive dealing; resale price maintenance; or any other conduct which substantially lessens competition.
This applies not only to discussions at the congress but also to informal discussions before and during the congress. Should the congress discuss matters that are considered to be breach of competition law, the Organising Committee will close the meeting.
The ASA respects the rights of all delegates to have varying views on many issues. We wish to encourage respectful and reasonable discussion at our meetings. Speakers have the right to deliver their messages without unwanted interjection. Where possible we will try to provide opportunity for respectful dialogue within the program when time allows.
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be available during the congress in the exhibition area and is included in your registration fee.

Each registered delegate will receive a congress satchel at the time of registration.

NAME BADGES AND LANYARDS
